How To Support A Child With OCD... Without Feeding It

Julie OCD mum

About Me.

Hi, I’m Julie, an OCD mum.

After making my fair share of mistakes while parenting a child with OCD, I eventually found the right way to support my child- and myself.

Through my parenting OCD journey, I have learnt how to manage OCD without letting it take over our lives.

Since then, I’ve published books, handbooks and guides to help other families who are struggling to navigate the challenges of childhood OCD while waiting for professional therapy.

Disclaimer: I AM A MUM, NOT A THERAPIST.

The strategies I share are a combination of personal experience and insights I’ve gained from both paid and free counselling resources.
